Seacrest Honors Long-time Team Member for Loyalty and Quality Care

Seacrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, recently celebrated Stacy Ziemba’s 25 years of dedicated service to the skilled nursing facility. The celebration highlighted Seacrest’s commitment to recognizing and promoting talent from within its team. Stacy began as an activity aide in 1998 and has held various leadership roles at Seacrest, including director of the Adult Day program and life enrichment director. The event, organized by Seacrest’s Culture Committee, featured cake, balloons, and recognition gifts. This recognition underscores the importance of loyalty and retention in an industry often plagued by high staff turnover. Seacrest is currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation and offers post-hospital care, short-term rehab, and long-term residential care, boasting a five-star designation from CMS for quality.
